Only a registered migration agent can legally provide immigration assistance in Australia and must comply with the Registered Migration Agents Code of Conduct. They are bound by the code to deal fairly and act in accordance with the Law.
The Migration Agents Registration Authority is the legal body that regulates and manages the Migration Advice Profession (under the Migration Act 1958).
